Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Jo Roberts

Mondays at 2pm and Thursdays at 7am - $18 per class or $150 for 10 classes

Jo’s classes blend together pranayama practices, mantra, kriya, mindfulness, meditation, vinyasa, embodied flow & yin in a juicy freestyle flow that is always inspired by the yogis that share their practice with her.

Naam Yoga with Dorothy Waetford

Dorothy is a Shakti Naam teacher in Whangarei. Her background teaching experience and practice within Maori arts and culture, continues to build attention to awareness and connection to universal life energy - mauri - through the power of breath, movement and sound.
